    Greetings,

    I gave to the kickstarter campaign for BHG last year. I can't find my email.
    I have tried to log in to the app without success. I've changed passwords, tried logging in under my screen name, email address, etc.

    Can you help?

    I have forwarded your message to our app developer. Do you use iPhone or Android. The Apple store tends to kick people out periodically. Its not something we can control. Look for an email from [email protected]

        I haven't received an email from gpepos yet. I've attached a screenshot of where my login is failing. I've tried resetting the password several times.

              It's fixed.

              I tried resetting the password again today. I shut down the app and restarted it for good measure. The password reset worked this time.
              I haven't heard anything back from Geoff, but I'm thankful its fixed.

              I have a booming hive, and another one that is very weak. It will be in the 70s today, so I'm ready to test out the app!
