  • Cannot login to app

    Greetings,

    I gave to the kickstarter campaign for BHG last year. I can't find my email.
    I have tried to log in to the app without success. I've changed passwords, tried logging in under my screen name, email address, etc.

    Can you help?

    I have forwarded your message to our app developer. Do you use iPhone or Android. The Apple store tends to kick people out periodically. Its not something we can control. Look for an email from [email protected]

        I haven't received an email from gpepos yet. I've attached a screenshot of where my login is failing. I've tried resetting the password several times.

              It's fixed.

              I tried resetting the password again today. I shut down the app and restarted it for good measure. The password reset worked this time.
              I haven't heard anything back from Geoff, but I'm thankful its fixed.

              I have a booming hive, and another one that is very weak. It will be in the 70s today, so I'm ready to test out the app!

                ****o Professor, I, too, cannot seem to log in to Bee Health Guru. I get the same error message when trying, “check email and/or password “. When I try to change my password I get a message that my email is not registered. How do I register my email to get started with the app. I have an iPhone. My buddy beekeeper has an adroid and he is up and running on the app.

                    Hey now! I made a contribution and downloaded the app to my iPhone on 2022-JAN-19 and am having difficulties logging in. Thank you in advance for your assistance, I'm excited to use this tool! ~Matt

                        My web designer is trying to figure out what has happened. You clearly registered for this Bulletin Board page. You say that you downloaded the app. We wonder whether you either: 1) Did not use the same email for the app download as you used to access this Bulletin Board, or 2) Did not change the Password as required after the download? If neither of these, please contact [email protected] for direct help.

                          I am registered on this forum but when I try to use the app it says I am not registered. I was really looking forward to being part of this and providing information from my hives. What do I need to do to get this working?
