    Too old is too vague. Please tell us the type phone (iPhone or Android), the model, the operating system version. Generally, any phone running version 6, preferably 8 to 10 should work. We've tried to be very specific in our articles about the need for a newer phone with a fast processor. That capability was fully realized about 2017 when both Android and iOS added facial recognition to phone security.

      I had contacted Geoff, as well as Samsung, it is an S4 model and it cannot be updated to android 6, so I ordered a Samsung tablet after checking with Geoff again. Should arrive today or tomorrow.
