I donated using the link on Facebook and using PayPal but didn’t receive an email to download the app. Is there a wait period or did I do something incorrectly?

Shane, I wish there was a way to automate this process, but the reality is that it took some time before PayPal let us know you'd placed an order, and then we need to load your email address in to our Bee Health Guru database so that the app will work. Once we've got your email address in our database you'll be sent an email with instructions on how to get and install the app. Please follow the instructions carefully, especially about using the very same email to reset the password for the Bee Health Guru.

Good information to know. I just submitted my donation as well and while I have promptly received the confirmation from Paypal and a link to change my forgotten password, I was expecting to see something providing me with the golden information to your app as well.
Since I have both an Iphone 10x max and a 7 inch samsung android tablet would it be better to use on the larger format screen, or will I be able to put on both and get side by side readings, I also was considering using an external lavalier mic I have with the samsung tablet to get better placement. I assume the app will have a place to make those notifications since you had mentioned something to someone regarding his screened bottom boards.

Kenclogger We're working on this. The app stores require us to input the approved users and tester. We can provide the app in both Android and Apple forms. Your tablet should work, but may not have GPS, if it's only got wireless. Sfeeny00, so sorry that I did not follow up here. YES!!! You can go to our online community homepage at www.BeeHealth.guru and at bottom right there is a "Donate" button.
